Getting there by public transport (see also the web site of the RATP):
  • ENSTA is located half way between two Metro stations : Porte de Versailles (Metro line 12, direction Mairie d'Issy) and Balard (terminus of line 8). Tramway T3 (Pont du Garigliano - Porte d'Ivry) stops right in front of ENSTA (Desnouettes stop).

  • From Orly airport: take RER B train (direction Paris/Roissy Aéroport Charles de Gaulle - any train will do). Change at Cité Universitaire for tramway T3 (direction Pont du Garigliano) and leave at Desnouettes. Alternatively, change at Denfert-Rochereau onto Metro line 6 (direction Charles de Gaulle Étoile). Change again at Pasteur onto metro line 12 (direction Mairie d'Issy) and alight at Porte de Versailles.

  • From Charles de Gaulle airport : take RER B train (direction Robinson - Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse - any train will do). Change at Denfert-Rochereau onto metro line 6 (direction Charles de Gaulle Étoile). Change again at Pasteur onto metro line 12 (direction Mairie d'Issy) and get off at Porte de Versailles.

By car:

  • From A6 motorway : go as far as Paris and then follow the signs for "périphérique Ouest" (drive onto the Périphérique, direction Rouen). Exit at Porte de Sèvres then turn left under the Périphérique, turn left alongside it, then turn left again under the bridge at the next street.

  • From A4 motorway: drive as far as Paris; reaching the Périphérique, follow "périphérique Sud-Ouest" direction Rouen. Same exit as above.

  • From A1 motorway: drive as far as Paris and follow "périphérique Ouest". Exit at Porte de Sèvres, drive straight across at the roundabout, then 1st left under the bridge.

  • From A13 motorway: head for Paris, then follow the signs for "Périphérique Sud". Same exit as above.

For parking, we recommend to use the car parks of the Exhibition Hall, which is next to ENSTA.
