Calling sequence

`Sl`	: linear system (`syslin` list) or descriptor system
`Sm`	: matrix pencil

System matrix of the linear system Sl (syslin list) in state-space form (utility function).

For a descriptor system (Sl=list('des',A,B,C,D,E)), systmat returns:
