wigner — 'time-frequency' wigner spectrum

| tab | : wigner spectrum (lines correspond to the time variable) |
| x | : analyzed signal |
| h | : data window |
| deltat | : analysis time increment (in samples) |
| zp | : length of FFT's. %pi/zp gives the frequency increment. |
