About my work
My research interest is focused on the numerical simulation
of
environmental problems. My goal is the analysis and
implementation (C++ and Object Oriented programming) of robust
numerical methods of type finite
volume and discontinuous
Galerkin for the
approximation of conservation laws, oriented to solve the shallow water
equations, sediment transport and morphodynamics. Some application areas I work(ed)
are fluvial and coastal engineering (collaboration with CETMEF), stratigraphy
(contract project with IFP) and
hydraulics & hydrology (contract project with ANR).
