Calling sequence

[Sl]=sm2ss(Sm);

`Sm`	: polynomial matrix (pencil system matrix)
`Sl`	: linear system (`syslin` list)

Utility function: converts the system matrix:



 Sm = [-sI + A   B;
      [    C     D]

to linear system in state-space representation (syslin) list.
